Job summary

S&B USA Construction is seeking a Project Engineer 2 to support large-scale heavy-highway and heavy-civil construction projects. You will oversee schedules, manage documentation, and lead cross-functional teams, applying Oracle P6, AutoCAD or MicroStation, Power BI, and other tools to track progress and quality.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in relevant construction roles, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in heavy-highway or heavy-civil construction with proven track record.
• Proficient in Oracle P6 Scheduling Software, AutoCAD/Bentley MicroStation, and MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and refine project plans using Oracle P6 for scheduling and critical path analysis.
• Lead collaboration with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Provide regular project updates and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Manage budgeting and cost control using Excel and ERP systems.
