Zusammenfassung

S&B USA Construction & Fay is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-value heavy-highway and heavy-civil projects across the Mid-Atlantic. You will steer planning, scheduling with Oracle P6, and resource allocation while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires strong leadership, client relations, and performance monitoring, with extensive use of Project Management and design software. Travel to project sites will be necessary.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced PM certs preferred.
• 7+ years of project management experience in heavy-highway or heavy-civil sectors.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, Power BI, Oracle P6, and design tools (AutoCAD or MicroStation).
• Proven leadership of large teams and complex programs.

• Lead all phases of planning and execution to meet strategic objectives and client requirements.
• Schedule using Oracle P6; allocate resources and track progress.
