Job summary

Barry Callebaut USA seeks a Senior Project Engineer to oversee capital projects across our US manufacturing sites. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, drive engineering excellence, and ensure timely delivery of complex projects in a dynamic cocoa and chocolate environment.

Based in Eddystone, PA with travel to Pennsauken, NJ, you will translate business needs into actionable plans, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards while leveraging strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 6+ years of progressive engineering experience in manufacturing/corporate environments.
• Full proficiency in business and technical English.
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

Responsibilities

• Lead outsourced engineers and staff; provide technical and administrative oversight.
• Develop and validate standards and internal work instructions.
• Act as project manager on construction projects; manage budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Prepare documentation; maintain records, drawings, and technical reports.
