Barry Callebaut Group is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to oversee capital projects across multiple plants in the USA, including Eddystone, PA, and Pennsauken, NJ. This role manages concept to implementation, ensuring engineering standards and project delivery within budget and schedule, while collaborating with Plant Managers, QA, HSE, HR, Maintenance, RD, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• 6+ years of progressive engineering experience in manufacturing or corporate settings.
• Fluent business English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on large capital projects.
• Exposure to international manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead outsourced engineers and staff; manage full engineering project work assignments.
• Develop and validate frameworks, standards, and internal work instructions.
• Act as project manager on construction projects; manage budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Prepare documentation, drawings, reports, and correspondence for projects.
• Establish QA/QC standards and obtain stakeholder approvals.
• Coordinate stakeholder input; participate in steering groups and committees.
• Plan resources and bid documents; manage procurement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with laws, codes, and policies; oversee risk management.
• Drive CapEx 2-year mid-term planning and budget validation with Engineering Manager.
