Job summary

Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to drive capital projects from ideation to implementation. You will provide engineering leadership to manufacturing operations, manage CAPEX budgeting, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years of experience, proficiency in MS Project, Excel and AutoCAD, and strong regulatory compliance knowledge (EPA/OSHA/DEQ).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8years or more experience.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Understand and complying with EPA, DEQ, OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Basic knowledge of software tools for project management and engineering drawing (MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD etc.)

Responsibilities

• Drive capital project delivery from ideation through implementation.
• Oversee site CAPEX planning and spend to meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Lead design group during conceptual phase and develop project success criteria.
• Manage third party contractors and ensure compliance with design documents and company standards.
• Develop energy and mass balances and determine plant requirements for projects.
• Prepare project status reports for leadership review and assist with commissioning.
