Agropur, inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead large capital projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define scope, develop design requirements, and execute capital plans.

You will partner with plant management and corporate teams on vendor selection, equipment specifications, and implementation timelines. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years in capital project engineering, dairy/ sanitary process experience, and a Bachelor’s in Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in large capital project engineering and project management.
• Experience in dairy, food, or sanitary processes strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar degree/experience required.

Responsibilities

• Apply company methodologies and enforce project standards.
• Minimize expenses and risks of project.
• Enforce safety standards and construction best practices.
• Track and report team hours and expenses.
• Prepare process designs, equipment specifications and capital estimates for upgrades and new assets.
• Coordinate implementation, write technical specifications, plans and quotes.
