Job summary

Agropur, inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead capital projects across multiple sites, including Eden Prairie, Hull, and Le Sueur, coordinating cross-functional teams to design, estimate, and execute improvements that meet safety and quality standards.

You will manage scope, budgets, timelines, and vendor selection while upholding dairy manufacturing best practices and environmental compliance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5 -10 years experience in large capital project engineering and project management.
• Experience in dairy, food, or sanitary processes strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar degree/experience required.

Responsibilities

• Apply company methodologies and enforce project standards.
• Prepare process designs, equipment specifications and capital estimates for process upgrades and new assets.
• Coordinate implementation, write technical specifications, and allocate contracts for capital expenditure projects.
• Regularly communicate with on-site contractors to guide and answer questions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and propose capital projects to correct.
