Job summary

Revlon Corporate in North Carolina seeks a Sr Project Engineering Manager to lead capital projects that support manufacturing and engineering initiatives. Responsibilities include automation concepts, equipment design and validation, and cross-functional collaboration across R&D, marketing and IE.

You will supervise start-up, training and validation processes while driving cost-saving opportunities and maintaining up-to-date packaging equipment knowledge.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years of experience in engineering leadership.
• Thorough knowledge of packaging equipment and systems.
• Strong project management and CAD skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop automation concepts with feasibility, specs, timeline and cost.
• Lead design, development and installation of equipment with new capabilities.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, packaging and IE on new products.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure final results meet expectations.
• Provide technical specs for equipment and perform acceptance testing.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Stay current on packaging equipment developments.
• Design and manage building of equipment with external shops.
• Manage machine modifications to meet production needs.
• Use project management tools for execution.
• Contribute to directions and plans for Engineering & Automation.
• Supervise start-up and training; provide manuals and validation.
