Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of seven years in advanced manufacturing, equipment design, automation, or process engineering.
• Experience planning and supporting project execution, including installation and permits.
• Demonstrated ability to manage capital projects with safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement engineering projects, including new product launches and upgrades.
• Lead design improvements, equipment modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and documentation for capital projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and budget targets are achieved.
• Provide guidance to technical and production personnel and supervise contractors.
