Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an engineering leadership role.
• Experience with embedded hardware design and FPGA/HDL.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a United States Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary product development team across Electrical, Firmware, FPGA, Software, and Mechanical Engineering.
• Direct product development from concept through design, verification, and production readiness.
• Provide technical oversight for embedded hardware including circuit design, power, analog/mixed-signal, PCB, and packaging.
• Guide HDL development for programmable logic devices and integration into embedded systems.
• Ensure alignment with schedule, cost, quality, manufacturability, and supportability objectives.
• Lead or support formal engineering reviews (PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.).
• Manage requirements, configuration control, and release of engineering baselines and docs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program execution and transition to production.
