Job summary

Beemok Hospitality Collection seeks a Project Director to serve as the senior Owner’s Representative for a portfolio of luxury hospitality assets. You will lead multiple complex projects, ensuring alignment with ownership philosophy, design integrity, and guest experience.

You will mentor teams, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with Design, Development, and Operations to uphold quality and long-term asset value. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive construction leadership experience.
• Proven Owner’s Representative or developer-side background in hospitality.
• Strong contracts, budgeting, scheduling and risk management skills.
• Experience with luxury-branded hospitality projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior owner’s representative on construction matters.
• Lead multiple complex projects with design, development and operations teams.
• Develop budgets, schedules, contingencies, and cash flow forecasts.
• Approve contracts, procurement strategies, and changes.
• Ensure quality, craftsmanship, and long-term asset value.
• Mentor project managers and establish reporting standards.
• Oversee turnover, closeout, and operational transition.
