Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a Project Farma Project Director/Senior Director to drive the most complex life sciences capital programs across multiple sites in the US. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape strategy, and ensure execution from concept to operations.

This senior role requires strategic leadership, governance, and collaboration with regional executives to align project delivery with client goals, while mentoring other leaders and delivering measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the most complex, high-value capital projects and portfolios (> $200M TIC) for Life Sciences and Advanced Manufacturing.
• Act as senior advisor and owner's representative, directing projects from concept through startup and transition to operations.
• Define project governance structures and act as the executive interface for client leadership.
• Provide strategic guidance on capital deployment, risk mitigation, and value delivery.
• Oversee project controls, vendor management, team leadership, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and guide other Project Directors and senior project personnel across the portfolio.
• Drive consistent use of PF methodologies and alignment with best practices championed by the VP, Project Management.
