Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive project leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale mission-critical projects (hyperscale data centers).
• Strong client-facing relationships and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Establish project execution strategies for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction.
• Lead Project Managers, Construction Managers, Project Controls teams, and field leadership across phases.
• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, developers, design partners, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Drive project profitability through effective commercial management, forecasting, and change management.
• Support strategic growth initiatives, pursuits, and customer engagement activities.
