Job summary

CRB is seeking a Project Director to lead complex construction initiatives, reporting to the Director of Construction. You will oversee safety, contract compliance, scheduling, and financials across one or more projects, guiding design and build teams to deliver high‑quality results.

Responsibilities include leading risk mitigation, coordinating with estimating, and driving a robust buyout strategy. You will mentor staff and ensure client satisfaction while upholding CRB’s standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field required.
• Ten years of experience in the AEC industry.
• Senior project management success on large projects or a portfolio.
• Understanding of design-construction interfaces and delivery.
• Ability to lead integrated teams including subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Assumes overall accountability for jobsite safety.
• Manages contract requirements and project financials.
• Leads risk mitigation and contract negotiations.
• Oversees schedule planning and multi-project execution.
• Drives BIM/VDC coordination and networking strategy.
• Supports recruiting and hiring and project staff development.
• Participates in estimate reviews and lump-sum bids.
