BMS CAT, a national leader in disaster restoration, is seeking a Project Director in Anaheim to estimate mitigation and/or construction work across residential and commercial properties. You will partner with insurers, adjusters, and managers to ensure accurate scopes, competitive pricing, and profitable execution.

The role blends technical estimating with relationship-driven sales and marketing. You’ll build a strong referral pipeline, attend industry events, support marketing efforts, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on estimating experience with commercial losses.
• Ability to respond to emergency losses nights/weekends/holidays.
• Xactimate experience required; time & material estimating preferred.
• Strong understanding of mitigation processes and insurance expectations.
• Proven ability to build B2B relationships and generate referral business.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emergencies with urgency and ownership.
• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates from site inspections using Xactimate.
• Collaborate with operations for smooth handoffs and scope alignment.
• Provide customers with daily updates and secure timely payments.
• Build and maintain long-term referral relationships with adjusters and brokers.
• Drive new business through networking and referral pipeline.
