BMS CAT is seeking a Project Director to lead estimating for fire, water, flood and other property losses across residential and commercial properties. You will partner with insurers, adjusters, TPAs, and property managers to ensure accurate scopes and profitable execution.

This role blends technical estimating with relationship-driven B2B sales and marketing, building a robust referral pipeline and participating in industry events to grow market share.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on estimating experience with commercial losses.
• Xactimate experience required; time & material estimating preferred.
• Capability to build B2B relationships and generate referrals.
• Sales mindset with pipeline management and growth focus.
• Ability to support marketing efforts (presentations, networking).
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication with clients, insurers, and team.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to emergency losses with urgency and ownership.
• Prepare accurate estimates from site inspections using software.
• Coordinate with operations for smooth handoffs and supplements.
• Provide daily project updates and secure timely payments.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with industry stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly and proactively solve problems.
• Drive new business through networking and prospecting.
• Attend industry events to increase visibility and opportunities.
