BMS CAT, a national leader in disaster restoration, seeks a Project Director in Anaheim to lead estimating for fire, water, mold, and other property losses across residential and commercial properties. You will partner with insurance carriers, adjusters, and property managers to ensure accurate scopes and profitable execution.

The role blends technical estimating with business development: building a referral network, supporting marketing, attending industry events, and driving revenue growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on estimating experience for commercial losses.
• Xactimate experience required; time & material estimating preferred.
• Proven ability to build B2B relationships and generate repeat referral business.
• Sales-driven mindset with pipeline management and growth focus.
• Support marketing efforts (presentations, networking, customer meetings).
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency losses with urgency and ownership to secure opportunities.
• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates from site inspections using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with operations for smooth handoffs and proper supplements with approvals.
• Provide customers with daily project updates and ensure timely payments.
• Build and maintain long-term referral relationships with adjusters, brokers, consultants, and managers.
• Drive new business through networking, prospecting, and marketing participation.
• Attend industry events to create visibility and opportunities.
• Support marketing presentations and capability meetings.
• Focus on revenue growth, customer experience, and profit performance.
