Job summary

The University of New Hampshire Institute on Disability seeks a Project Director II to oversee two externally-funded studies on interventions for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including a transportation delivery-approach comparison and a peer-delivered mental health program.

You will manage projects, supervise research staff, coordinate data collection and analysis (REDCap), support dissemination, and travel as needed in a hybrid environment in Durham, NH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and experience with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to follow standardized protocols to administer assessments and observations.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to Boston area and Manchester, NH as needed.
• Familiarity with data management and research protocols.

Responsibilities

• Project management and coordination across two funded studies; communicate with local sites and multi-site team.
• Securely manage data collection, entry, management, and REDCap activities for both projects.
• Supervise hourly research assistants and train interventionists across sites.
• Administer standardized assessments and observe therapy delivery; document observations.
• Prepare and disseminate reports and findings; contribute to manuscripts and presentations.
