Job summary

The University System of New Hampshire, through the Institute on Disability, seeks a Project Director II to lead two externally funded studies on interventions supporting young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will oversee project management, data collection, analysis, and dissemination across multiple sites in the US.

Responsibilities include supervising hourly staff, training interventionists in Boston and Manchester, ensuring protocol fidelity, and coordinating

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to follow standardized protocols to administer assessments and complete observations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to the Boston area and Manchester, NH during the work week (2-3 days/wk).
  • Travel ~30-40 times/year for the transportation study; ~2 times/week for the mental health study.
  • Hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management and Coordination: manage two externally funded studies, coordinate with local sites and national team.
  • Data Management: securely manage incoming data, REDCap management and database development.
  • Training and Supervision: supervise hourly research assistants, train interventionists, monitor fidelity.
  • Data Collection: administer standardized assessments, observe in-person delivery and document notes.
  • Dissemination: prepare and disseminate reports; potential authorship on presentations/manuscripts.
