Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to follow standardized protocols to administer assessments and complete observations.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to Boston area and Manchester, NH (2–3 days/week).
• Ability to manage time in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data collection for two funded studies across local sites and multicenter team.
• Attend team leadership meetings.
• Train sites on Ready to Ride intervention and peer support.
• Prepare intervention materials and assist with logistics.
• Ensure standardized protocols across sites and coordinate with researchers across universities.
