Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture or engineering; graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• 2+ years managing large multi-discipline teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of delivering project management services to clients.
• Strong business development ambition with demonstrated growth.
• Major construction sector experience with commercial real estate, data center, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop data center project management team and oversee delivery of services.
• Oversee client communications and project management team activities.
• Conduct market research on construction conditions and publish insights.
• Produce leadership reports and market perspectives for clients.
• Manage strategic and operational aspects of Project Management Services, including resources, budgets and training.
• Prepare proposals/RFP responses and drive business development.
