Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or related experience.
• Operational/process improvement experience.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
• Data analysis skills and experience.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Ability to create clear, accurate reports.
• Ability to lead meetings and capture action items.
• Ability to work across a highly matrixed organization.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle including scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and changes.
• Develops and maintains detailed project plans including milestones, tasks, and dates.
• Revises project plans as needed to meet changing requirements.
• Schedules and conducts project meetings with agendas and minutes.
• Prepares and submits project status reports to leadership.
• Facilitates project follow-up items with stakeholders.
• Coordinates process improvements, workflow changes, and governance changes.
• May engage and oversee the work of external vendors.
• Provides training, mentoring and support to project management team members.
