Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years leading Safety & QAQC initiatives on construction projects.
• 8+ years of proven construction experience.
• 5+ years coordinating subcontractor activities.
• 3+ years creating and managing a master schedule with a scheduler.
• 3+ years planning a project and creating logistic plans.
• 2+ years reading and understanding plans, specs, and contracts.
• 2+ years mentoring and managing other Superintendents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations in assigned areas, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, profitability and ethical compliance.
• Directly supervise field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents.
• Ensure work adheres to contract documents, design, budget and schedule.
