Job summary

Skanska is seeking a dynamic Project Executive to lead project delivery and client relationships on major construction initiatives in the United States. The role requires strategic planning, risk management, and close collaboration with project teams and external stakeholders.

As a senior leader, you will drive business generation, bid planning, contract negotiations, and oversee profitability while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance across potentially multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction.
• 10+ years track record of delivering on-time projects.
• 10+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects.
• 10+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety.
• 10+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control.
• 10+ years managing and developing succesful teams.

Responsibilities

• The Project Executive develops and implements a plan to deliver the required project and services in the most effective and efficient manner possible, with the support of the project teams and input from external stakeholders.
• This position is responsible for managing all company contacts with new and existing clients.
• The Project Executive may oversee a single large project or multiple projects.
• This position is responsible for generating business, negotiating contracts, estimating, bidding, profit/loss of assigned projects, and supervision of project staff.
