Job summary

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in design and architecture.
• LEED AP or within 6 months of hire.
• Licensure or interest in completing ARE or NCIDQ exams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the design process and adherence to project goals.
• Initiate and create schematic designs.
• Promote and manage project goals and constraints.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with partners and consultants.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of 2D/3D production software (Rhino and Grasshopper)

Revit
