Job summary

Perkins & Will Atlanta Studio is seeking a Project Architect with 8+ years of experience on complex projects. This technical leader will collaborate with and lead the consultant and project teams to deliver successful outcomes for clients.

Candidates must be licensed, proficient in Revit and 3D software, and capable of managing design process, documentation, QA, and cross-disciplinary coordination. Portfolio required for full consideration.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience on complex projects.
• Licensed architect with professional licensure.
• Proficient in Revit and 3D modeling software.
• Portfolio required for full consideration.

Responsibilities

• Understand design process and project complexities to support team success.
• Coordinate documentation and production of deliverables.
• Review deliverables for quality, accuracy and constructability.
• Lead coordination among internal and external teams.
• Communicate with clients on technical matters.
• Assist in project QA, regulatory reviews, and contract administration.
