Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Project Designer to design, engineer and document medium to large sized solutions with increasing complexity. You will join a dynamic team and contribute to pre-sales activities while mentoring drafters on your project team.

You will work with Project Management and Sales to ensure alignment with scope, budget and schedule, leveraging AutoCAD, Design Review and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience
• Minimum Experience: 5-7 years AutoCAD
• Certifications: NICET certification III or IV, Revit, or EST

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer and document medium to large sized solutions with moderate to high complexity
• Support pre-sales activities to identify, scope, and estimate cost effective solutions
• Guide and mentor drafters to ensure accuracy of engineering drawings
• Monitor resource efforts to align with project budget and schedule
• Collaborate with Sales and Project Management to address changes in scope and budget
