Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Project Designer to join our collaborative culture. You will design, engineer and document installed solutions with moderate complexity, using CAD tools and BIM software, while interfacing with AHJ and colleagues to meet project requirements.

You should have a college degree or equivalent, 3–5 years CAD experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Revit BIM experience is a plus, and the role emphasizes customer-focused, proactive problem

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of CAD software experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Revit BIM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer and document installed solutions with moderate complexity according to project requirements.
• Proactively communicate with colleagues, vendors, consultants and AHJ.
• Identify cost effective solutions that meet customer requirements within the project schedule.
• Reviews scope, defined product specification, application and electrical requirements for code compliance and AHJ requirements.
• Work assignments are varied, and of moderate scope and complexity.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
