Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Designer to join our culture. You will design, engineer and document medium to large sized solutions with moderate to high complexity, working with a dynamic team to grow with the company.

You'll leverage AutoCAD, Revit and design review tools to create accurate drawings and collaborate with project management and pre-sales to scope and estimate costs. Convergint values integrity, service and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years AutoCAD
• NICET II/III, Revit, or EST

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer and document medium to large sized solutions with moderate to higher levels of complexity.
• Support pre-sales activities to identify, scope, and estimate cost effective solutions.
• Guide drafters on project teams to ensure accuracy of engineering drawings.
• Monitor resource efforts within project budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with Sales and Project Management to manage scope changes and budget.
