Qualifications

• 10–15 years in architecture, engineering or design management within complex projects.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams through full lifecycle delivery.
• Knowledge of commercial construction practices, codes, and integrated design processes.
• Experience acting as Owner's Representative or client-facing role.
• Strong presentation and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and engineering delivery across multiple concurrent projects from concept through construction and close-out.
• Ensure design excellence, constructability, and alignment with scope, schedule and quality expectations.
• Drive incorporation of innovative, sustainable, and experience-driven design solutions.
• Provide input into bid packaging, RFP processes, and consultant selection.
• Own design schedules, labor plans, and budgets, and monitor progress to mitigate risks.
