Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture required.
• Cruise ship new build or revitalization design experience preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years cruise design industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years managing large scale projects.
• Ability to travel internationally or domestically 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates architectural design for newbuild, revitalization or refurbishment projects.
• Develops team resources to manage large scale projects and cross-coordinates with external firms.
• Ensures brand concepts, design standards and voice of the Brand are reflected in design outputs.
• Creates presentations and reports for design management and cost control follow-ups.
• Assists with feasibility reviews, shop drawing coordination, and yard meetings.
