Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in project cost management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, job costing, contract administration, and financial reporting.
• Experience using ERP, project management, or construction accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project budgets from preconstruction through project completion.
• Prepare cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and budget updates based on progress and changes.
• Monitor expenditures and identify variances or financial risks requiring management attention.
• Support cost baselines, contingency planning, and budget allocation across phases.
• Provide financial recommendations to improve cost efficiency while meeting schedule commitments.
