Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of residential construction experience, including managing production homebuilding projects or communities.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, building systems, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between assigned communities.
• OSHA safety regulations knowledge; OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities within assigned communities from groundbreaking through turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to meet safety, schedule, and budget targets.
• Develop and maintain production schedules supporting milestones and closing dates.
• Conduct jobsite inspections to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Provide regular updates and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
