Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Salt Lake City seeks a Senior Project Controls Cost Analyst to manage cost management across large capital programs, partnering with senior project managers, clients and stakeholders to support strategic cost plans through early lifecycle stages to closeout.

You will develop and report cost plans, integrate cost components, drive accruals/forecasts, risk analyses and earned value for complex programs, and assist with contract-related negotiations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of cost management experience on capital projects.
• Direct experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish the cost management program and deliverables for large capital programs.
• Integrate all third plans and cost components into an integrated cost plan.
• Lead detailed cost risk, issues, and mitigations analysis for the PM and client.
• Drive accruals and forecast processes with monthly/biweekly/weekly cadence.
• Support risk management and quantitative risk assessments as needed.
• Develop and lead the earned value component for complex programs.
• Review/approve invoices from subcontractors and third parties.
