Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager, Project Controls (Cost) to oversee cost management on one or more large capital projects. You will partner with senior PMs, clients, and stakeholders to shape strategic cost plans from early lifecycle phases through closeout.

The role requires 8+ years in cost management, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication in a matrixed construction environment. A comprehensive benefits package is offered along with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as cost management expert on capital projects.
• Experience in a matrixed environment and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish the cost management program and deliverables for large capital programs.
• Integrate all third plans and cost components into an integrated cost plan.
• Lead detailed cost risk analysis and provide insights to project managers and clients.
• Drive accruals and forecast processes with monthly/biweekly/update cycles.
• Support risk management and quantitative risk assessments.
• Lead earned value management for complex programs.
• Review invoices from subcontractors and third parties.
• Assist development of cost management procedures for Cushman & Wakefield and clients.
