Job summary

Valdeseng is seeking an experienced Project Controls professional to join our cost management team. You will coordinate cross‑department data, develop cost reports, and support forecasting and budgeting across multiple projects.

The role requires 8+ years in project controls or related fields, a high school diploma (post‑secondary preferred), and the ability to work in the US without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project controls/coordination, cost estimating, or related fields.
• High school diploma required.
• Post-secondary education preferred.
• Maintain multiple project cost control data files for detailed and summary level information across projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish lines of communication with departments to integrate information for accurate reporting.
• Disseminate relevant cost information to enhance project decision-making.
• Communicate with suppliers, project staff, and stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies or other cost-tracking issues.
• Monitor, share, and analyze data to improve project forecasting.
• Assist in annual budget development, preparation, and reporting.
• Assist in contract reviews to aid understanding of contracts and cost codes.
