Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking in project contexts.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and governance processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings with team members and manage project activities.
• Assist in forecasting project spending and cash flows, and monitor budget variance.
• Support SOX activities and input to annual budgets, capital forecasts, and five-year plans.
• Perform estimate vs. actuals analysis and develop baseline budgets.
• Create and verify KPIs and cost performance data across programs and projects.
• Assist in contracting processes and coordination with external vendors when needed.
• Provide training and guidance to lower-level staff and mentor others.
