Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten years of qualified experience in project controls or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to project controls personnel and promote safety, culture, and business initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a performance measurement system and define performance expectations.
• Implement training and improve competencies of project controls staff.
• Prepare periodic project cost and schedule control reports and forecast projections.
• Lead development, review, and coordination of project plans, schedules, budgets, tools, and staff.
• Communicate project details and status updates to stakeholders and lead meetings.
• Supervise project controls functions to ensure data integrity and systems functionality.
• Ensure project assessments and audits of cost and schedule control performance.
• Collaborate with management to develop processes and share best practices across the organization.
• Develop contractual project controls requirements and participate in kick-off meetings with contractors.
• Manage adherence to project management standards and governance.
