Qualifications

• Ability to analyze variances and prepare management-friendly insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings and support PMs with documentation and planning.
• Prepare forecasts of project spending and cash flows and monitor budgets.
• Perform estimate vs. actual analyses and variance reporting.
• Create project breakdown structures and manage work orders through finish.
• Interface with contractors/vendors to align budgets and schedules.
• Develop KPIs and provide training and process-improvement support.
