Job summary

MP Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Controls Specialist to support planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of project and program financial and operational performance.

You will compile KPIs, project cost data, and financial metrics to aid decision-making while partnering with Operations, Finance, and Project Management. You will serve as a subject matter expert in program reporting and cost analysis, providing recommendations to improve processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program controls, financial analysis, or project accounting.
• Experience in construction, industrial, engineering, or project-based settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring financial, operational, and KPI reports for leadership and customers.
• Analyze project budgets, costs, labor hours, profitability, and equipment utilization.
• Support month-end close activities and data validation for reporting.
