Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of project coordination/PM experience in IT/Infrastructure or related industries.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet and ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, budgeting.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models.
• Excellent organizational skills and deadline delivery.
• Strong analytical, requirement documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in risk management and mitigation.
• Ability to prepare reports and stakeholder presentations.
• Knowledge of procurement and vendor coordination processes.
• Familiarity with financial tracking and cost control.
• Understanding of governance and compliance in project execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for the U.S. market.
• MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reports for KPI tracking and dashboards.
• Manage and oversee smaller projects under $100K.
• Perform end-to-end Project LCM activities from planning to closure.
• Track deliverables, timelines and budgets; identify and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and risk assessments.
• Ensure governance and quality standards are followed.
• Identify process improvements and best practices.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders and provide decision-ready insights.
• Lead project meetings and support change management initiatives.
• Foster collaboration across operations and departments to meet priorities.
• Aim to achieve leadership KPIs and perform other duties as assigned.
