Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC seeks a highly organized Project Coordinator to support IT project delivery, governance, stakeholder communication, and leadership reporting across multiple initiatives. You will coordinate activities, maintain documentation, and produce status updates using JIRA, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Excel.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in project coordination and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO support, or Project Administration.
• Experience supporting IT projects and technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Schedule and manage project meetings, including daily stand-ups, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and leadership updates.
• Track action items, risks, issues, dependencies, and project milestones.
• Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, meeting minutes, and decision logs.
• Support project managers in ensuring adherence to project management standards and processes.
• Coordinate communication with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams.
• Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using JIRA, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Excel.
• Prepare leadership status reports, executive summaries, project scorecards, and KPI dashboards.
• Monitor project health metrics and provide insights on progress, risks, and resource capacity.
• Coordinate onboarding requests, access requests, and project setup activities.
• Assist with resource tracking, capacity planning, and project staffing coordination.
• Support audit, compliance, and governance activities related to project delivery.
