• Grade 7 requires Bachelor's or Associate's technical degree with 6 years' experience in design/operations/planning.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and hiring processes.
• Coordinate work across internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Plan and organize project/outage activities with scheduling and budgeting.
• Monitor forecasts, budgets, and cost tracking for projects.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders on progress, risk, and updates.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and regulators.
• Administer basic contract processes and change orders.
• Provide training and feedback to peers and junior staff.
• Communicate through reports, presentations, and updates.
