• Organize, implement and evaluate outreach activities for inpatient/outpatient programs.
• Coordinate hospital/medical staff and referral providers; manage contracts and budgets.
• Collaborate with legal, contracting, budget, and finance staff to ensure fiscal control.
• Support development of referral opportunities through community events.
