Job summary

Crew2 is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to manage installation projects from initiation to completion, mentor coordinators, and uphold high standards of customer service and financial accuracy. The role involves coordinating with customers, installers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include managing schedules, reviewing project documentation, resolving escalations, and supporting process improvements within the Project

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a relevant field is required or preferred depending on experience.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related roles in building/construction related environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily installation schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within service standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle and provide proactive communication on schedules and requirements.
• Review project documentation, measurements, contracts, and work orders for accuracy and completeness; collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Provide mentorship and development to junior Project Coordinators and support onboarding and training.
• Assist with ensuring financial accuracy through audits and proper documentation of installer payments and project costs.
