Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a Project Coordinator to develop and manage project plans, coordinate activities, and support integration leaders from inception through completion. You will work with cross-functional teams, maintain schedules and budgets, and produce status reports.

Experience in project coordination or management and strong Excel skills are valued; PMP is preferred but not required. This on-site role in Grand Rapids, MI offers opportunity to contribute to infrastructure projects

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and able to pass pre-employment assessments.
• Relevant PM education or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from inception to completion and maintain work plans.
• Provide status reporting and facilitate meetings.
• Track costs against budgets and ensure alignment with master schedule.
• Support integration efforts and assist with daily tasks.
