Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator for the Houston area to support CenterPoint Energy Portfolio. You will coordinate four to six project teams and maintain deliverables, logs, and reports across the portfolio.

In this client-facing role, you will organize meetings, track action items, and ensure timely communications. This role requires in-person attendance in the Houston area and strong coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Seven years of relevant experience in project coordination or delivery roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS 365 apps and project tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate four to six concurrent project teams and adjust priorities as needed.
• Maintain logs and registers for deliverables, risks, issues, decisions, and changes.
• Track milestones and follow up with contributors; escalate delays.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, decisions, and action-item tracking.
• Ensure governance, reporting, and documentation across the portfolio.
