Job summary

Studio Plus Architects Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator/Sr. Project Coordinator/Architect I to coordinate production and delivery of design documents across diverse project types. This role provides growth toward licensure and leadership within Studio+.

The position emphasizes BIM modeling, coordination with engineers, and maintaining professional client relationships. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and ProCore is preferred to support project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of comparable experience in a design firm.
• Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) or Master of Architecture (M. Arch) from an accredited institution preferred.
• Licensure intent encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Architectural drafting and BIM modeling to represent design intent.
• Meet deliverable schedules and coordinate with engineers and designers.
• Organize documentation of all correspondence with project team and vendors.
• Coordinate BIM files and model exchange with engineers throughout the project life cycle.
• Review and maintain project checklists with PM and team.
• Assist in assembling documents for distribution and QA/QC reviews.
• Develop reports, field notes, and responses as directed.
• Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure document delivery.
