Job summary

Studio+ in Traverse City, Michigan is seeking a Project Coordinator / Sr. Project Coordinator / Architect I* to help coordinate the production and delivery of design documents for diverse clients and projects.

This role provides growth toward becoming a Project Architect or Project Manager and positions you to become a future Studio+ project leader. The ideal candidate has at least three years’ design-firm experience, a architecture degree preferred, and strong Revit/MS Office skills with

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in a design firm.
• Preferred: Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited program.
• License pursuit or licensure intent preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office suite strongly preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Enscape preferred.
• Experience with ProCore project management software preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with architects and clients.
• Develop mentoring skills and understanding of production requirements and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Architectural drafting and BIM modeling representing Studio+’s design intent.
• Meet deliverable schedules and coordinate with engineers and designers.
• Organize documentation of all project correspondence.
• Coordinate and maintain BIM files with consulting engineers.
• Review project checklists with Project Manager and team.
• Assist in assembling document sets for distribution and QA/QC.
• Coordinate with printing and distribution for deliverables.
• Generate field reports and meeting minutes.
