Responsibilities

• Track and maintain schedules, milestones, deadlines, and deliverable dates for multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate project requirements across disciplines including engineering, design, construction, operations, permitting, environmental, or other teams.
• Maintain accurate project trackers, logs, calendars, action items, and status reports for visibility and accountability.
• Monitor upcoming due dates, discipline-specific requirements, and dependencies to prevent delays.
• Communicate schedule changes, risks, and updates to project managers, discipline leads, and stakeholders.
• Organize and document project meetings with agendas, notes, action items, and deadlines.
• Support project managers by gathering information and ensuring documentation remains current.
• Identify gaps or conflicts in requirements and escalate for timely resolution.
